Our promise

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Because our products are personal wellness inhalers, we cannot accept returns of opened, used items for hygiene reasons.

How to request

Email hello@herbalvap.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund — you won't pay return shipping for a defective item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we confirm the issue.
